    Hiring Software Engineer

    Dear Candidate,

    We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop and install software solutions. Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages, like Java, JavaScript or .NET programming languages (e.g. C++ or JScript.NET.) Our ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer with 1-2 Years’ Experience
    • Experience designing interactive applications
    • Ability to develop software in Java, JavaScript, C++ or other programming languages
    • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, MySql
    • Knowledge in developing web applications
    • Knowledge in Mobile applications development
    • Proficiency in software engineering tools
    • Ability to document requirements and specifications
    • Engineering, Bsc, Msc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
    • Write well-designed, testable code
    • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
    • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
    • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
    • Document and maintain software functionality
    • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
    • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
    • Comply with project plans and industry standards

    Job Description

    We are looking for young and energetic professionals for I.T. SALES Executive. The role of I.T. SALES Executive is to assist the organizations’ sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a I.T Sales Executive include:

    EXPERIENCE: 2 + years sales experience especially in IT services ( Web development, Software development, Digital Marketing, ERP etc. )

    INDUSTRY : Information Technology. FUNCTIONAL AREA: Business Development Manager, Sales, Lead Generation, IT sales, Client Acquisition.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    Strong sales skills, Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Traveler, Self Starter / Self Motivated, Negotiation Skills, Ownership and Accountability.

    • Team handling
    • Prospecting. Client Meetings with Team and Individual. Presentation.
    • Field/Online Sales.
    • Close sales deals with the customer.
    • Maintaining follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.
    • Explain the tech product in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training.
    • Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

    Required Candidate profile

    Good technical knowledge & leadership quality are the basic requirement Experience especially in IT services (Web development, Software development, Digital Marketing, ERP etc.) is mandatory.

    • EIdentify methods to generate leads and inquiries.
    • Identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products(up-selling/ cross-selling).
    • Create an effective pipeline for customers in his\her territory, and managing the same.
    • Must possess strong customer and negotiating skills.
    • Explore new market's to penetrate the company services.
    • Pragmatic in problem solving with innovative approach.
    • Should be a versatile team player with good communication and inter personnel skills.
